Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a licensed ABA professional for a full-time, hybrid behavioral health role delivering ABA services and supervising RBTs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure regulatory standards.

Qualifications

BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT currently enrolled in graduate BCBA program.
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
Active certification and licensure where required.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation

Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
