You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide clinical oversight, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families and care teams. Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards

Education

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

BCBA/BCaBA certification, or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program

Active certification and licensure where required

Compensation

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications
