You will conduct behavioral assessments, supervise ABA services, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families while ensuring adherence to BACB standards and regulatory guidelines. The organization supports professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Active certification and licensure (where required).
• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT enrolled in graduate BCBA program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
