Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a licensed behavior analyst to lead ABA services with a hybrid schedule in Georgia and nationwide opportunities.

The role offers strong base salary plus a monthly performance bonus, with potential to earn up to $111,000 annually and relocation assistance depending on location. • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
