Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Full-Time ABA supervisor for a growing behavioral health organization offering a hybrid schedule.

The role emphasizes autonomy and strong clinical support to clinicians delivering ABA services across multiple Georgia locations. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and collaborate with families while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification or RBT in grad BCBA program
• Master's degree with behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification/licensure where required

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards

Education

BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program

Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework

Active certification and licensure (where required)

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
