Lake Stevens, Washington | K-12 District-Wide Behavioral Support | Full-Time

Starting Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)

What Your Role Will Look Like
  • 3 BCBA openings across the district
  • K-12 district-wide assignment across all school buildings
  • Full-Time positions
Role Overview
  • Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district
  • Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies
  • Direct behavioral support consultation
  • Staff collaboration and team-based intervention planning
