Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide clinical oversight to RBTs, and lead data-driven interventions.

You’ll collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, maintain documentation, review treatment plans, and contribute to ongoing training and professional growth within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
