Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership in a pediatric setting in North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized plans to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Treatment plan reviews.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.

What You’ll Do
