Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will analyze data, coordinate with families and schools, and ensure precise documentation for each client.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality ABA services, drive outcomes, and support professional growth within our organization.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
