Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Kansas City, MO is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to RBTs. You will develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, accurate documentation, treatment plan reviews, and providing feedback to RBTs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.
