Blue Gems ABA in Bellevue, NE is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and monitor client progress.
You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and provide caregiver training while upholding clinical excellence.
Active BCBA certification and master’s in ABA or related field required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

As a BCBA, you will:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
Provide caregiver training and support
Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Treatment plan reviews
Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
