Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and oversee ABA program implementation for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will provide clinical supervision to RBTs and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to optimize progress in a supportive, in-person setting.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavioral intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

**Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
