Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed BCBA to conduct assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and supervise ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

This in-person role partners with families, schools, and RBTs to implement evidence-based strategies, monitor progress, document outcomes, and support program quality. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus up to $10,000.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

**Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
