Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and ensure ethical, clinical, and compliant practices across programs.

The successful candidate holds an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills to drive meaningful outcomes for children and

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
