Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, guide treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
