Advanceable ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia Beach, VA for a full-time role. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise ABA programming, and support RBTs/BTs while collaborating with families and clinicians.

The position offers a competitive salary ($85,000–$100,000) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, full-time schedule, free CEUs, and ongoing professional development in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Virginia LBA eligibility or licensure.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming.
