What You'll Do

Qualifications
  • ActiveBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification

  • ActiveVirginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Minimum1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)experience

  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision‑making skills

  • Passion for working with children and families

Preferred
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Experience providing parent training and caregiver support

  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
