Job summary

Clementine ABA in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This part-time position offers high-quality ABA services under supervision of a Clinical BCBA.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• LBA licensure eligibility in Virginia prior to start.
• Ongoing certification, licensure and CEU maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other direct-care staff, as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to promote consistency.
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.




• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.




• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.




• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff, as assigned.




• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.




• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.




• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.




• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.




• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.

Certification Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)




• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment.




• Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment.
