B Above Autism Services in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team. The role offers flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities with compensation of $80-$105 per hour plus bonuses.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct progress-based assessments, and supervise RBTs. Collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams is essential while maintaining ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Licensed BCBA in Georgia.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities
