B Above Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Avon, Indiana. We offer part‑time or full‑time opportunities with compensation of $70–$90 per hour plus bonuses.

Join a supportive, clinician‑focused team dedicated to high‑quality, individualized ABA services for children and families. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.
