Achivements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs in home, daycare, and school settings across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. You will train parents and collaborate with teams to ensure ethical, effective care.

As a BCBA, you will ensure HIPAA/BACB compliance while focusing on clinical excellence. The role includes flexible scheduling and strong mentorship opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
