Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our expanding ABA program in Billings, Montana. The BCBA will supervise BCaBA and RBT staff, coordinate services, and develop treatment plans across ABA, functional analyses, and life skills coaching.

You will work in-person with children and adolescents, collaborating with families and schools, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
