Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to join our collaborative team. This role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and meaningful clinical work supporting individuals and families.

You will conduct intake assessments, develop and supervise behavior support plans, mentor technicians, analyze data, and ensure high-quality, assent-based ABA services in a supportive environment. We value ongoing learning and clear family communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and MA licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for newly referred clients.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment.
• Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using assent-based ABA practices.
• Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone.
• Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and professional growth.

What you will bring to the team
