Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to join Team ABC in Massachusetts. The role offers full-time, part-time, and hybrid options with strong mentorship and collaborative support from a Clinical Director.

You will lead clinical supervision, supervise techs and case managers, and ensure ethical, assent-based ABA practices while collaborating with families for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts is required.
  • Experience working closely with parents and families is preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients.
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using assent based ABA practices.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone.
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth
