We are seeking a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high‑quality ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to drive meaningful progress.
Compensation: $82,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Expected Billable Hours: 25 billable hours per week requirement
Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on caseload needs and clinician preference.
