What You’ll Do
  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency
  • Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, supporting their professional development and clinical success
  • Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide family training and support to encourage generalization of skills and support treatment success
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to deliver cohesive care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, or eligibility to obtain
  • Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
  • Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs
