Big Dreamers ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. You will provide direct clinical services, coach families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidate holds BCBA certification (or eligibility) and an ABA-related master's degree; Maryland licensure (LBA) and travel up to 25% are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
• LBA in Maryland
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
