Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct clinical services to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities include coaching parents, collaborating with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists, conducting assessments, and monitoring progress to adjust plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for BCBA exam
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers
