Job summary

ABRITE is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for school-based roles. The role focuses on mentoring staff, developing and supervising ABA interventions, and aligning with IEP goals in collaboration with education teams.

You will train interventionists, conduct assessments, and implement treatment plans while maintaining strong communication with school districts and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • At least two years of school-based ABA experience or supervising programs for students with special education needs.
  • Experience training school staff and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong speaking/writing/listening abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supportively in a team.
  • Fingerprint and TB clearance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Train and support individualized behavior interventionists.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Develop, supervise, and monitor IEP-related behavior plans and protocols.
  • Measure and modify IEP goals with behavioral, social-emotional, and functional replacement targets.
  • Collaborate with ABRITE education and service teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with external team members including school district administrators.
