B Above Therapy in Mishawaka, IN is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part-time or full-time roles with a competitive hourly rate of $70–$90 plus bonuses. We offer flexible scheduling, collaboration with a Clinical Director, and a clinician-focused culture to support your professional growth.

The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families and multi-disciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.
