Job summary

What We Offer

• Sign-on & Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both
• Relocation Flexibility: full bonus if relocating within 60 days; or $10,000 to start remote and relocate within 6 months

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Passion for pediatric care and working with families

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands are required.
