Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Boca Raton is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to create positive outcomes for children with ASD. The BCBA will supervise clinicians, develop and adjust plans, and ensure billing, ethics, and program integrity are maintained.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Boca Raton location.
