ABLE Kids in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality, individualized ABA therapy for young children with autism. The role offers a strong sense of autonomy, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required or eligible.
• Experience delivering ABA for children with autism, ages 2–6.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with families and clinicians.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with one work from home day per week

Details: Clients ages 2-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, small case load, billables of 25 hrs per week
