Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. You will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and supervision to behavior therapists.

You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, monitor progress with data, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with children, families, caregivers.

Achieving Stars Therapy is searching for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

Duties

• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 anually
