What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • At least one year of experience as a BCBA
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
  • Hands‑on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI)
  • Proven experience in parent training
  • Expertise in program design and staff management
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Eligible to supervise those seeking BCBA certification

About the Role

As a BCBA, you’ll develop behavior plans and programs, analyze client progress, and lead the behavioral support team working with children and adults. You’ll meet new referrals, complete assessments (including functional analyses), and create individualized programs to address skill deficits and behaviors. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact through meaningful collaboration with families, clients, and colleagues.

You’ll be responsible for your caseload, including scheduling, tracking time, and ensuring programs align with each client’s personal goals. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be working in various settings across the Kansas City area.
