Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA for clinical leadership in Missouri. You’ll assess, design, and supervise treatment plans for clients, while guiding RBTs and collaborating with families and schools.

Candidates should hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with a strong clinical and teamwork mindset. This on-site role offers growth and team support.

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
