Blue Gems ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical supervision and leadership in Mooresville, NC. You will oversee RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve meaningful progress for children.

A master’s degree in ABA or related field is required, with strong clinical and communication skills. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical

Responsibilities
