We are looking to hire a highly trained Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that is looking to make a difference in children's and families lives while enjoying every minute of it!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation
Familiarity with medical terminology and records
Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
