Job summary

BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Nevada to deliver high-quality ABA services for children and families. This role emphasizes clinical assessment, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and data-driven decisions in a supportive, family-focused setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and drive meaningful outcomes for clients. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Strong patient care and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Experience supervising and performing diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop ABA-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism

• Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation

• Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation

• Familiarity with medical terminology and records
