Job summary

Inclusive ABA is an ABA provider that provides In-Home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD. We have an amazing staff with a fantastic back office that creates an incredible work atmosphere.

We are looking for BCBA's who are committed to making an impact in a child's life. Our motto is in our name. Let’s help children feel Inclusive.

We have a great staff, with over 20 years of experience. We offer the ability for BCBA's to create their own schedules, so feel free to inquire about that.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services.
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

BCBA Requirements:

  • Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors.
  • Must be professional, self-motivated, and energetic.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have current basic first aid and CPR.

Skills:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
