Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior support programs across Eastern NC, mentoring teams and shaping multiple sites including New Bern, Elizabeth City, and Wilmington.
You will conduct assessments, develop PBSPs, and train staff to deliver high-quality ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. Travel 20–50% is expected with mileage reimbursement provided.

$75,000–$80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support
Flexible M–F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations
This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites:
All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
