Job summary

B Above Services in New Albany, Indiana, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities. The role offers $70-90 per hour with performance bonuses and a supportive, clinician-focused culture.

You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families and the Clinical Director to ensure ethical, high-quality care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities
