Job summary

B Above Services in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our autism services team. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate and bonuses, plus strong clinical support and ongoing supervision.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while upholding ethical standards in a supportive, clinician-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
