B Above Services in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay and bonuses.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while upholding ethical and regulatory standards. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
