Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Nampa clinic. The role focuses on direct ABA therapy, program design, and data-driven intervention across pediatrics. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs, participate in team meetings and trainings, and ensure high standards of safety and service delivery in outpatient settings across Treasure Valley locations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA required.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct therapy: provide 1:1 ABA services.
  • Design, implement, and monitor intervention plans under supervision.
  • Attend parent and IEP meetings, trainings, and other meetings.
  • Ensure safety of clients, staff, and others at all times.
  • Complete initial assessments and authorization reports promptly.
  • Assist with functional analyses and skills assessments; create data sheets.
  • Update client programming promptly under guidance.
  • Design and ensure implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide and document supervision and training of RBTs.
  • Strive to continuously improve therapy delivery quality.
