Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a licensed BCBA supervisor to lead clinical programs across ABA, Speech, and OT services. You will supervise treatment implementation, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will maintain 25 billable hours weekly, develop and oversee treatment plans, conduct FBAs, and provide caregiver training while ensuring documentation and compliance. Oklahoma licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, support caregivers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
