Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Oklahoma is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical leadership across ABA, Speech, and OT services. You will supervise treatment implementation, support caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes for kids.

The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, development of treatment plans, FBAs, and ensuring compliant documentation while maintaining 25 billable hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility is required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise treatment implementation.
• Support caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs and develop/oversee treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation and compliance.
