Job summary

Mirabelle Care is seeking a BCBA for a clinical leadership role in Oklahoma. You will supervise treatment delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams, and mentor RBTs while ensuring compliant documentation and caregiver training.

The position requires a current BCBA and a Master’s degree in a related field, with Oklahoma licensure or eligibility. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for building the future of pediatric therapy in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs and develop/oversee treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation and compliance across services.
• Support caregivers and coordinate with colleagues for integrated care.
• Lead quality improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
