Mirabelle Care, a pediatric therapy provider in Oklahoma, seeks a Clinical Lead BCBA to guide ABA, speech, and OT services. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and ensure compliance across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Oklahoma licensure.
• Master's degree in related field required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervise treatment implementation, support caregivers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation and compliance.
