Woodfords Family Services in Manchester, ME seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Early Childhood Services and SPPS programs. This full-time on-site role (40 hours/week) offers a starting salary of $77,500 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and supervisory opportunities.

You will evaluate and develop behavior plans, provide data-driven consultations to staff and caregivers, and support curriculum development across preschool and K-5 sites, with a strong focus

Formación

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification in ABA is required.
• Experience developing and monitoring ABA programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with individuals with severe interfering behaviors.

Woodfords Family Services is seeking to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our growing Early Childhood Services (ECS) and Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) programs in Manchester, ME! This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package! Services will be provided on-site at our Manchester, ME location. Please note, this is not a remote opportunity. Candidates seeking to complete supervision hours are encouraged to apply!

Position Summary

The BCBA provides clinical expertise and consultation to young consumers receiving services onsite at our preschool and K-5 programs. Services include evaluation, assessment, behavioral observation (collects and analyzes data), plan and program development, and staff & caregiver training. In addition, the BCBA supports the SPPS/ECS teams in curriculum development and monitors intervention integrity by providing onsite supervision to classroom Ed Techs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development, or a Related Field.
• Board certification in applied behavior analysis is required.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
• Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle.
