Woodfords Family Services is excited to offer a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position based in Manchester, Maine. This 40-hour-per-week role provides clinical services across home, community, and school settings in the Greater Kennebec County area and surrounding districts.

The BCBA will lead evaluations, data-driven programming, and behavior support plans, partnering with families and staff to ensure meaningful outcomes for children and youth with developmental

Formación

• Master's degree required in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience developing and monitoring behavior analytic programs.
• Experience in varied settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations.
• Collecting and analyzing data to guide thoughtful, individualized programming.
• Developing and overseeing behavior support plans and interventions.
• Training and collaborating with staff and caregivers to build confidence, consistency, and shared success.
